Max reps strikta chins+max rep push ups
B)

On the minute for as long as possible:
3 Power Cleans, 85/55
3 Front Squats, 85/55
3 Jerks, 85/55
Om du inte når till fem rundor så sänk vikten och börja om( minimum fem rundor)
Om du klarar 10 rundor, så lägg på en rep/övning varje minut , dvs min 11, 4power cleans, 4 fs,4 jerks minut 12 fem reps av varje osv.
