5 front squats (tunga)- jämn minut
5 Boxhopp- ojämn minut
B) tabata this and that
1 – power clean 40/30
2- air squats
3 – toes to bar
4 – push press 40/30
8 intervaller a 20 sekunder med 10 sekunders vila mellan intervallerna.
1 minut vila mellan övningarna:)
