För den som vill ha mer träning idag rekommenderas följande B-del:
B) EMOM i 15 min (5 varv av):
1: 4 Ringdips, 10rm
2: 4 Pullups, 10rm
3: 3 OH-squats, 70%1rm (skall ryckas från golv)
