A) Workout 11.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (45kg/ 70kg)
12 Hand release Push-ups
15 Box jumps (20″/24″)
Jag gör 8 rundor + 25 reps.
C) Deadlift:
5x(2 höga boxhopp + 3DL @ 70% 1rm) OTM. Kör på box+25kg platta, samt 140kg.
